“I’m excited to be part of such an amazing support provider. Pioneering Independence really stand by their ethos and their person centred approach is the foundation of everything they do. Each member of staff is cared for, not just the people they support. I’ve worked in many projects over the years in various roles and hope to bring some new ideas and being able use my skillset in a variety of ways to be an asset to an already great bunch of people! Looking forward to meeting everyone and excited to see what the future holds!“
