Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 May 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to store. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example, whether you’ve accepted a cookie banner — and can also be used by third-party services to recognise you between visits.

2. Cookies we set ourselves

We use one first-party cookie:

  • pi.consent — stored by your browser when you click “Accept all” or “Reject non-essential” on our cookie banner. Lets us remember your decision so we don’t keep asking. Lasts up to 12 months.

If you log in to the WordPress admin area, WordPress sets its own session cookies. These are essential for the admin to function and never reach the public-facing site.

3. Third-party services (only with your consent)

The site embeds two third-party services. Neither loads until you’ve clicked “Accept all” on the cookie banner (or “Allow embeds” beside the specific embed):

  • Google Maps — shows our office location on the Contact page.
  • Google Calendar — shows our team diary on the Calendar page.

Google sets its own cookies when these embeds load. See Google’s cookie policy for full detail.

4. What we don’t do

  • We don’t use Google Analytics or any other web-analytics service.
  • We don’t use advertising or remarketing cookies.
  • We don’t sell or share cookie data with marketing partners.

5. Managing your choice

You can change your mind at any time:

  • Click “Cookie preferences” in the footer to re-open the banner.
  • Clear cookies / site data for this site in your browser settings to start fresh.
  • Use your browser’s built-in tracking-protection or “Do Not Track” features — we honour them where we can.

6. Questions

If anything here is unclear, please email [email protected] and we’ll explain.
