Pioneering Independence are excited to announce their new Employee of the Month Award. This award will recognise employees for achieving excellence, dedication and a positive attitude to their work.
All employees and PWS will be able to nominate a candidate via Carerealm and all of the nominations will be assessed on a monthly basis by a panel consisting of a cross section of the workforce. The nominees for the monthly award will be discussed and winners will be chosen on merit.
The members of the panel will be changed every month to give everyone the chance to participate.
