A big thank you to everyone who took part in our staff survey, your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us understand what’s working well and where we can make improvements.
What You Told Us
✅ Over 80% of those who responded would be more likely to recommend Pioneering Independence as a place to work, than not.
✅ 91% of staff who responded rated their job satisfaction positively.
🚩 Some staff who responded reported that career growth is dependent on personal initiative with few structured pathways.
🚩 50% of staff who responded struggle to disengage during days off from work.
