There have been some exciting developments with our internal IT system ‘Care Realm’ – all of the rotas, weekly shifts, oncall reports and house addresses/contact details are now live for the Project Coordinators to access and utilise which means our processes are much more efficient! We will soon be trialing the paperless systems in Plymouth which should make things even easier for our staff and the people we support……
