Pioneering Independence are thrilled to share the news that we are now part of the provider framework for NHS Devon CCG’s Transforming Care.
This new initiative will reduce the requirement for individuals with Autism and/or a learning disability to have long stays in hospital, instead facilitating the right support in the community, close to home.
